Campus Options and Flexibility

Our multi-campus model allows students to transfer between campuses, depending on their chosen pathway or preferred learning environment. Families can choose the option that works best for them:

Beyond the Classroom

Arts and Sports Programme

We recognize the contribution of physical education and the arts to the health and well-being of our students and believe that a varied co-curricular and extra-curricular opportunities have a positive influence on the concentration, attitude and academic achievement of all students. Thus, we offer a wide range of musical, arts and sports activities and the opportunity for students to participate competitively both locally and internationally in their chosen club or sport.
Challenging our students outside the classroom strengthens their teamwork, resilience and leadership skills. Our Novaneers build valuable skills and attitudes that become lessons for life through their extra-curricular activities.

Post-School Success Aligned to CBE

Our Post-School Success Programme is fully aligned with the CBE Senior School model ensuring our students have the tools, guidance and clarity to confidently plan for their futures.

Students receive both timetabled instruction and individual coaching focused on career exploration, university access and other post-secondary pathways. Earlier grades focus on exposure and planning, while students receive more personalised guidance as they approach graduation, supporting each through application and transition.

Our Class of 2023 received over $7,000,000 in scholarships from universities in Australia, Canada, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, and the United States of America (USA).

Innovation and Leadership Development

Innovation and Leadership Development is a powerful blend of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Leadership Development, delivered through the dedicated Innovation and Leadership class. Students begin with inward reflection - developing an understanding of who they are and what they value - and gradually progress toward leading and making a positive impact on others in their school, community and beyond.

As they move through the grades, students are grounded in African history, encouraged to innovate with purpose and challenged to step into real leadership experiences. This programming is aligned across our regions and schools to ensure a consistently rich experience, with the Capstone project already well established in Kenya and has been recently introduced at South African campuses.

Culture First

Our culture principles are cemented both inside and outside of the classroom, through collaboration on projects, sport and community engagement opportunities. By exploring culture and integrating it as part of character development, our students take on daily challenges with a strong sense of purpose, service and innovation.

Teacher Professional Development

Our commitment to teaching excellence is unwavering. All educators across our campuses receive over 100 hours of professional development annually, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver the CBC curriculum and inspire success in every learner.
